Zafran is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing People team and take ownership of hiring across the organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working closely with hiring managers (mostly in R&D), building strong candidate pipelines, and creating an excellent candidate experience. What you will do: • Own end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer and closing. • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective recruiting strategies. • Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels. • Manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive, professional candidate experience. • Use recruiting data and metrics to identify opportunities to improve our hiring process. • Help build and strengthen our employer brand and employee referral programs. • Partner with the People team on recruiting initiatives and projects. Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting, preferably in a startup environment. • Proven experience recruiting for technical roles is a must. • Experience recruiting across both R&D and Go-to-Market teams. • Proven experience recruiting for a variety of technical and business roles. • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers. • A data-driven and hands-on approach to recruiting. • Experience working with an ATS such as Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar • Fluent English and Hebrew.
