ABOUT THE ROLE Our customers are often highly technical teams who embed Inkeep Agents into their customer-facing experiences (docs, help center, marketing site, etc.) and internal workflows. To enable this, we provide a full extensible Agent platform which includes extensible UI components, AI and RAG APIs, an Open Source Agent Framework. In this role, you'll be partnering with both their technical and non-technical business teams to help them on that journey. The role involves being high-touch with customers to help them succeed. Responsibilities - Onboard and support customers through pilots - Create templates, quickstarts, and other technical onboarding artifacts - Use AI to make your work more efficient and our customers' lives easier Qualifications - 2+ years in solutions/sales engineering, support engineering, or other engineering roles with customer-facing responsibilities - Strong experience with TypeScript (Python experience is a plus) - Strong communication and organizational skills - Located in NYC or willing to relocate (this role is in-office 5 days a week) Bonus if you have... - Experience with technical writing - Experience working at a developer tool or B2B SaaS company Benefits - Health, Dental, and Vision insurance - Unlimited PTO
