ABA.co http://ABA.co powered by Finni Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our growing team in Roswell, NM. This is a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM position, providing consistency, work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Develop and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) that support student success. - Deliver engaging, evidence-based instruction tailored to each student's learning style and needs. - Collaborate with BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), therapists, and families to promote student growth. - Monitor student progress and adjust instruction based on data and ongoing assessments. - Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment. - Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed. QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field. - Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and/or developmental disabilities preferred. - Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. - Passion for helping children build independence and confidence.
