Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Sandy, Utah Company: Wildflower Grove ABA - a Finni Health company Job Type: Part-Time (Approx 25 hours/week) Location: In-person – Sandy, Utah Pay: $25-$30 per hour (depending on experience) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 2:00pm About Us: At Wildflower Grove ABA, our approach is play-based, trauma-informed, and client-centered, designed to meet each child’s unique short- and long-term needs. About the Role As an RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll work closely with clients to implement treatment plans, track progress, and support the development of essential life, communication, and social skills in a structured and encouraging environment. Key Responsibilities - Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision - Collect and record accurate session data - Support skill development and behavior-reduction goals through positive reinforcement - Maintain professionalism and positive rapport with clients and families - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities related to ABA and special education Qualifications - Current RBT Certification (required) - Active CPR Certification (required within your first 30 days) - Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, & insurance (required) - Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred) - Experience with data collection and familiarity with ABA terminology (preferred) - A background in special education, psychology, or a related field (beneficial) - Comfortable working on the floor, lifting 25–40 lbs, and engaging in active play What We Offer - Competitive pay: $25-$30 per hour - Supervision toward BCBA/BCaBA certification - Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (for eligible full-time employees) - Career growth opportunities within a supportive organization - Ongoing training and supervision by experienced BCBAs Background Check All candidates must pass a background check.
