Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) – Ashland, OH Company: SparkJoy ABA, a Finni Health company Job Type: Part-time and Full-time options available Location: In-person – Ashland, OH Pay: $17.00-$22.00 per hour Hours: - Monday - Friday: Between 8:00 AM-5:00 PM SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism in Ashland, OH. Your Role: - Work 1:1 with children in-home using individualized ABA treatment plans - Teach communication, daily living, and social skills - Collect data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs - Support families through parent training and consistent communication - Work Environment - This job operates in a client's home environment. Employees must feel comfortable going into client homes and neighborhoods within the assigned territory. What You Bring: - 1+ year experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities - Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills - A passion for helping children grow and succeed - Reliable transportation to client homes in Ashland, OH Job Details: - Part-time: 15 hours/week - Pay: $17–$22/hr - Benefits: PTO, professional development Join a company that values people over profit.
