Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Muskegon, Michigan Company: SenseSational Learning Group Job Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Available | Mornings & Evenings (some afternoons) Location: In-Person - Muskegon, MI Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)   Get paid to play, and change a child's future! We're hiring RBTs and Behavior Technicians with a 40-hour RBT training certificate to deliver play-based early intervention for neurodivergent children. We're a BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice. No table drills. All play, all heart.   Your day: - 1:1 play-based ABA in homes, preschools, parks, and libraries - Follow BCBA-designed plans and track progress through session data - Build trusting relationships with little ones and their caregivers   You're our person if you: - Are dependable, show up consistently, and rarely cancel - Give one month's notice for long-term schedule changes - Welcome feedback and push yourself to grow - Want to build a long-term career with one company - Have your 40-hour RBT training done (or will finish before you start) - Have experience with young children (daycare, preschool, nanny, early ed), reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and can lift 50 lbs and play on the floor   Why you'll love it here: Paid training.
