Electric Air is building a modern home climate company. We install heat pumps across the Bay Area and have developed our own heat pump product platform, Redwood, designed around simpler retrofits, thoughtful design, and a better homeowner experience. Electric Air combines: - real-world HVAC operations - product development - software and technology - design and branding - customer experience We seek a highly skilled and motivated lead HVAC technician to spearhead our installations and help build our technician team. Total Earnings Potential $160,000 / year. - $45-60+ per hour, depending on experience! - $250 bonus per successful installation completed - $2k annual tool allowance - to spend on your tools - Drive company vans Plus - Health, Dental, Vision insurance - PTO and sick pay Requirements - 5+ years of experience in Residential HVAC. - Prior experience in managing and leading a team of HVAC technicians - Proficiency with all of the following: - Refrigerant handling - High & low-voltage wiring - Ductwork - Sheet metal fabrication - California building code Benefits - Competitive salary based on experience. - Full-time day shift schedule with consistent work hours. - Company-supplied tools and equipment. - Opportunities for professional development and education. - Venture-backed company with significant growth potential.
