We're a small, in-person team in New York City, which means the people who join now shape the product, the culture, and the company itself. WHAT YOU'LL DO - You’ll work across Implementation, Customer Success, and Product - Leverage deep technical & CPG industry knowledge to provide strategic guidance and support to existing customers, ensuring successful adoption and optimization of our software solutions - Partner with product development team to identify, prioritize, and define new software features based on CPG industry needs, market gaps, and client feedback - Serve as a primary CPG subject matter expert, translating complex business processes (cash application, deductions management, trade accruals, period close) into clear product requirements and user stories - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at leading CPG companies, acting as trusted advisor on business process optimization and technology solutions - Drive client success initiatives including implementation support, training, and ongoing consultation to maximize software ROI and strengthen customer retention ABOUT YOU - 5+ years in Consumer Packaged Goods with demonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas: General Accounting, A/R Accounting, Trade Management, Trade Optimization - Passion for being at the technology leading edge, driving automation and optimization of core CPG functions through innovative software solutions - Exposure to Trade Accounting - Strong understanding of complex deductions management workflows - Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles - Excited to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week 🌴 PERKS + BENEFITS - Equity — own a piece of what you're building - Fully paid health coverage with Aetna (we cover 100% of premiums) - Top-tier dental and vision through Guardian - 12 weeks paid parental leave - Unlimited PTO, plus regular 4-day holiday weekends we actually take - 401(k) through Vestwell - Paid relocation — we'll get you here - Full desk setup on day one (laptop, monitor, keyboard) + a $200 stipend to make it yours - Catered Friday lunches, team dinners on us, and unlimited coffee + snacks featuring our own brands Confido provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
